Our firm focuses primarily on the legal needs of the elder population in our area, as well as people with disabilities, providing counseling and other assistance in helping them live their retirement years in comfort and security.

We place an emphasis on asset protection, administration and personal care needs to avoid impoverishment, and various forms of elder abuse.

We help with legal matters involving Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Asset Administration, Real Property and Business Law for elders, disabled clients and others.

We routinely consult with other members in the elder and disability support field including geriatric care managers, accountants, financial planners, social workers, and physicians to assist in meeting the needs of our clients.
